titleOfInvention Medicinal preparation for injections
abstract FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes medicinal form of heparin for injection that contains 100-500 U/ml without toxic preserving agent and using in pediatry. Composition has,: heparin 0.075-0.56; sodium hydrogen phosphate 4.24-4.28; citric acid 0.24-0.26, and apyrogenic water - the rest, pH value of solution is 6.8-7.5. Sterility of solution is provided by sterilizing filtration in combination with the steam sterilization (at 110 C for 15 min). Preparation retains biological activity for 2 years. Preparation is used in pediatry as anticoagulating agent in ampoules (volume is 1 or 2 ml) containing 100 and 500 U/1 ml. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of preparation. 1 tbl
