abstract FIELD: production of antistatic materials of polyvinyl chloride compositions. SUBSTANCE: liquid nonvolatile antistatic agent for polyvinyl chloride compositions comprises, mas. %: potassium salt of di-(alkyl polyethylene glycol) ester of phosphoric acid (Oxyphos B-1), 80-92; polyglycol, 8-20. To prepare said antistatic agent polyglycol is fed into heated vessel being equipped by mixer, then Oxyphos B-1 is added and heating to 50 C together with mixing within 30 min is carried out. EFFECT: decreased solidification point; prevents sweating of antistatic agent of polyvinyl chloride materials within wide concentration range. 3 tbl
