abstract FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing blood examination in vitro including one determining leukocyte base activity with respect to phagocytosis in buffer solution of nitro blue tetrazolium and determining sensibilized leukocytes activity in buffer solution of nitro blue tetrazolium of the same type, but with added allergen solved in petroleum ether in the 1: 60 proportion. The so produced solution is solved in distilled water in the 1: 33 proportion. Functional activity coefficients K 1 and и K 2 are calculated to consider professional fitness to be the case when K 1 ≅ 0.15 and K 2 -K 1 ≥ 0.01. If K 1 ≥ 0.22 and K 1 -K 2 0.01, professional fitness is considered not to be the case. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of the method.
