titleOfInvention Copolymers of perfluoroalkylene oxides comprising functional groups as base for sealers and protective coatings and method for their production
abstract FIELD: production of thermal resistant, cold-resistant and aggressive resistant sealers and protective coatings. SUBSTANCE: copolymers of perfluoroalkylene oxides comprising functional groups have common formula given in specification, their average molecular weight being 7000-14000. Copolymers are prepared by copolymerization of hexafluoropropylene and perfluoroalkoxide comprising functional group. The process is carried out in the presence of initiator, it takes place at molar ratio of comonomers 3.5:1-35:1, respectively, and is followed by treatment reaction mass to isolate product. Cesium perfluoroalkoxide and oligomer of oxide of hexafluropropylene with tetraglyme is used as mentioned above initiator, its quantity is 1.3-1.7 mol % of mass of hexafluropropylene oxide and is used as solution in perfluorotoluene. To accelerate the process of copolymerization acetone is used, its quantity is 15-25 % of mass if initiator. It is preferable to begin copolymerization process with feeding of perfluroallyl fluorosulfate and to complete it with feeding of hexafluoropropylene, and at the time interval it is preferable to carry out simultaneous feeding of comonomers. Copolymers are hardened at room temperature and may be used without solvents as base for production of thermal resistant, cold-resistant and aggressive resistant sealers and protective coatings. EFFECT: improved quality. 5 cl
