SUBSTANCE: lacrimal tracts are subjected to drainage using for this purpose bundle of synthetic kapron fibres, upper part of which is shaped as loop consisting of single fibre, while middle part of bundle consists of several fibres and its lower part consists of two free ends of fibres. Upper part of bundle is introduced into lacrimal canal, its middle part is placed into lacrimal sac and nasolacrimal canal, while lower part is used for fixation.
