titleOfInvention Vulcanizable mixture based on the dispersed waste of tire manufacture
abstract FIELD: rubber industry. SUBSTANCE: in mixer the following components were mixed at 70-80 C, mas. p. p.: "HK"-base rubber crumb, 100; sulfur 3; 2-mercaptobenzthiazole, 1.5, and ammonium stearate, 2. Mixture is pressed as plates - thickness is 2 mm at 160 C x 10 min, 35 mm at 160 C x 70-80 min, or at 180 C x 60 min. Plate properties: rupture resistance is 6.5 MPa, relative elongation is 120%, hardness is 68-75 conventional units. EFFECT: improved quality and property of mixture. 1 tbl
