abstract FIELD: waste water purification. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treating waste waters containing dissolved toxic organic and inorganic compounds, mercury salts, cyanides, nitrates, nitrites, dioxins, alkylhydrazines, alcohols, phenols, and ethers. Plant has admission tank connected through pipelines with inlet of bubbling-type reaction chamber connected, in turn, with accelerated electrons' source. Reaction chamber outlet is connected to purified solution collection tank, whereas reaction chamber communicates with air-supply system and gas- release pipeline. Between admission tank and reaction chamber, a scrubber is additionally installed with gas inlet connected to reaction chamber and outlet connected through adsorption filter with gas-release pipeline.
