titleOfInvention Method of preparing vaccine for leptospirosis control in animals
abstract FIELD: biotechnology, vaccines. SUBSTANCE: leptospira culture is grown at 27-29 C for 72-90 h under dissolved oxygen partial pressure at the range 15-20% of saturation with air oxygen. For culturing liquid Tween-albumin-base nutrient medium is used at the following ratio of components, wt.-%: dry albumin, 0.15-0.3; neonol or Tween-80, 0.01-0.03; L-asparagine, 0.1-0.5; fluorouracil, 0.01-0.025; proline, 0.03-0.05; glutamine, 0.025-0.045; vitamin B 1 , 0.03-0.05; vitamin B 12 , 0.01-0.025; sodium hydrogen phosphate, 15.6-17.6; potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 1.17-3.17; and distilled water - up to 100. After leptospiarae sowing redox-potential is decreased to 180-200 mv and concentration of neonol or Tween-80 is maintained at the level 0.01-0.03 wt. -% during all culturing process. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 tbl
