titleOfInvention Agent for complex sickness therapy and a method of its preparing
abstract FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing the new bioflavanoid preparation diquertin. Diquertin has total bioflavanoids at the following ratio of components, %: dihydroquercitin, 90-92; dihydrokaempferol and naringenin, 8-10, at condition that naringenin level does not exceed 2%. Diquertin is obtained by larch wood saw-dust extraction with an aqueous-acetone extract in acid medium immediately after raw treatment with boiling water. The end product is crystallized from alcohol or an aqueous-spirituous solution. Diquertin regulates metabolic processes and can be used in complex therapy treatment. EFFECT: improved method for preparing, enhanced effectiveness. 2 cl, 4 tbl, 2 dwg
