abstract FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves wrapping peritoneal portion of the large intestine beginning from splenic corner and ending on sigmoid colon in perforated polyethylene film having holes of various diameters in doing laparotomy. Portions of intestine wall are brought outside through the holes and fixed on the film. Intestine lumen is restricted by 40-50% in the vicinity of internal sphincter and abdominal cavity is sutured. EFFECT: high reproducibility of experimental results.
