titleOfInvention Method of selective floatation of phosphorus minerals
abstract FIELD: mineral dressing. SUBSTANCE: ore slurry is treated with alkali agent, pH 7-11, and carbonate and silicate mineral depressor. Collector of succinic acid type in amount from 20 to 2000 g per 1 t of ore and blowing agent are then added. As collector, one or several compounds are added having general formulas: and where R 1 is straight-chain or branched C 8 -C 24 (preferably C 8 -C 18 ,R 2 )-alkenyl or cycloalkyl with 5-6 carbon atoms; M hydrogen, ammonium, alkali or alkali-earth metal atom or NR 3 R 4 R 5 group where R 3 , R 4 , and R 5 , independently, is hydrogen, C 1 -C 20 -alkyl, or hydroxy-C 1 -C 20 -alkyl. Collector or collector mixture, if needed, with co-collectors are used. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of floatation process. 10 cl, 8 tbl
