abstract | FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves removing fat and connective tissue from milt of fish, homogenization, filtration, centrifugation, precipitate washing with Ringer solution, ultrasonic oscillation treatment. The obtained solution is purified by ion-exchange chromatography, treatment with acetic anhydride at ratio protamine : acetic anhydride = (1:100)-(1:300) followed by isolation of the end product by chromatography.
