titleOfInvention | Method of performing puncture-aspiration biopsy under ultrasonic control |
abstract | FIELD: puncture technique. SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at sampling cytological material from focal injuries of parenchymatous organs of abdominal cavity. Puncture needle is approached to pathological focus under ultrasonic control and cytological material is being taken while image of needle on screen is at least 2 cm from the end. Aspiration of material lasts at least 5 sec since the moment when, in needle canal, rhythmically moving echo signals appear directed from pathological focus with high reflection degree. EFFECT: reduced patient's traumatism, accelerated procedure. 1 dwg |
