FIELD: venerology. SUBSTANCE: antigen-antibody reaction in patient's blood sample is examined in presence of ultrainsonated treponema antigen. Investigation is carried out in chemiluminometer cell by way of recording kinetic of intensity of chemiluminescence of neutrophils. Diagnosis is established on the basis of nature of kinetic curves.
