FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to synthesis of aromatic compounds of the general formula (I) (see invention description) where: m = 2, 3; Ar and Ar 1 were taken from thienyl, free of substituted phenyl, benzothienyl, naphthyl, biphenyl, indolyl; X and X' - are different or similar and mean hydrogen and other - hydrogen, hydroxyl or forms with X'' the bond carbon-carbon, or together with X and X' form oxo- or dialkylaminoalkoxyimino-group; Y - N or C(X''); Q, R, T, Z and M have different values. Reagent 1: compound of the formula (II) . Reagent 2: compound of the formula (III) HOCOZ or (IV') W=C=N-Z. Compound (IV) is synthesized from which tetrapyranylhydroxy-group is split off by mild acid hydrolysis and the obtained N-protected alkanolamine of the formula (V) is treated with methanesulfonylchloride and mesilate of the formula (VI) is obtained that is treated with secondary amine of the formula (VII) . Then protective groups were split off and converted to salt. Synthesized compounds were used in chemical-pharmaceutical industry. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis. 5 cl, 11 tbl |
