titleOfInvention Composition on the base of polyvinyl chloride for production of film
abstract FIELD: production of film being used for packing of food products and drugs. SUBSTANCE: proposed composition contains 100 mass parts of polyvinyl chloride, 1-3 mass parts of calcium stearate, 0.3-1.5 mass parts of zinc stearate, 2-3 mass parts of soya oil affected by epoxydation, 0.2-0.3 mass parts of glycerine, 2-3 mass parts of titanium dioxide, 0.1-0.2 mass parts of stearine, 0.9-1.1 mass parts of trinonyl phenyl phosphite, 3-6 mass parts of mixture of dioxane alcohols and high boiling ethers thereof, 0.04-0.0 mass parts of reapone. Tensile strength of packing film is increased by 30-40 %, its brittleness temperature is decreased by 6-10 C, shrinkage of said film is decreased by 13-30 % by heating.
