abstract | FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: starting organic, mass is first subjected to aerobic decomposition, followed by pumping liquid manure having moisture content 98% and more from methane tank into decomposed organic mass. Next moistened manure is blown-through by air oxygen to reach temperature 65-75 C. Aerobic conditions are provided for reaction mass, whereafter combustible biogas starts liberating during time when temperature drop takes place. Liquid manure and water are discharged from hydraulic seal into collecting tank, gas bell is taken off, and processed organic mass is discharged. EFFECT: accelerated procedure for processing manure or mixture thereof with organic fillers to produce high-quality fertilizers and biogas. 2 cl, 1 dwg |
