FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: claimed catalyst comprises (%) 19-21 mixture of mono- and dibutyl phosphoric acid at equimolar ratio thereof; 0.05- 0.10 polyoxyalkylene siloxane copolymer and the organic solvent balance. Characteristics of properties: viability is 5-6 days, enamel containing drying catalyst is hardened at 85 C for 40 minutes. EFFECT: improved properties of the drying catalyst. 1 tbl |
