titleOfInvention Method for desulfurization of combustion products when burning high- sulfur fuels in hearth of boiler or furnace
abstract FIELD: heat-power engineering. SUBSTANCE: method consists in burning high-sulfur fuels with additive constituting carbonate-containing pyroshales and brown low-ash coals having energy value higher than that of initial fuel and ash ballasted with calcium oxide. Additives are prepared and introduced into hearth successively or together and/or with initial fuel. Burning is carried out at molar ratio of sulfur oxide-binding substances contained in additives to sulfur oxides formed on burning of high-sulfur fuel exceeding 1. Process is carried out with temperature of combustion products 970-1460 K and with gradually feeding initial high-sulfur fuel with additives. Implementation of method is possible with no essential reconstruction of fuel-burning arrangements. EFFECT: increased stability in ignition of fuel with additives and increased desulfurization degree of combustion products. 4 cl
