titleOfInvention | Pharmaceutical composition and method of its preparing |
abstract | FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: pharmaceutical composition has, wt. -%: colloidal aluminium-magnesium-phosphate gel, 60-80, pH = 5.5-7.5; sorbitol, 1-20; pectin, 0.2-1.0; agar-agar, 0.2-1.0; sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 0.1-2.0, and taste and odor correcting agents. Method of preparing involves addition of pectin, agar-agar, sorbitol, sucrose, sodium saccharin, sorbic acid or its salts and distilled water to colloidal aluminium-magnesium-phosphate gel. Obtained mass is homogenized in colloidal mill and heated to 85-95 C for 45-60 min and this temperature is maintained for 5-15 min followed by sharp cooling to the room temperature. Then sodium carboxymethylcellulose aqueous gel, preserving agent spirituous solution, taste and odor correcting agents were added and mass is subjected for homogenization for 15-30 min. Proposed composition protect stomach mucous against acid effect. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of composition. 5 cl |
