abstract |
FIELD: rubber industry; reprocessing of worn automobile tyres or rubber articles. SUBSTANCE: in proposed method articles and hydrocarbon solvent are placed in reactor and temperature of processing is stabilized by changing speed of delivery of heat carrier. Used as heat carrier is gaseous mixture of fuel gas and gaseous products formed at destruction process. Furnace-reactor circulation circuit is used for heating gaseous mixture. Content of unlimited hydrocarbons in gas mixture is measured and stabilized by acting onto consumption of gaseous products. Pressure providing forced circulation of gaseous mixture is stabilized by acting onto fuel gas consumption. EFFECT: facilitated reprocessing of vulcanized rubber waste. 1 dwg, 1 tbl |
