titleOfInvention Method for isolation of fission rhodium from nitric-acid aqueous solutions
abstract FIELD: isolation of inorganic chemicals. SUBSTANCE: isolation of fission rhodium includes lowering of acidity of solution and extraction by agency of water-immixible solutions of organic extractants in inert diluents by bringing in contact two immixible phases, separation of stratified phases and subsequent reextraction of rhodium from organic solution into aqueous solution. Method is distinguished with that, prior to be extracted, nitric-acid aqueous solution is treated with sodium bismuthate (oxidizer) to convert rhodium into tetravalent state. EFFECT: improved procedure. 2 cl, 1 tbl
