titleOfInvention Method of preparing hydrolyzate for virological media
abstract FIELD: virology, nutrient media. SUBSTANCE: meat-bone raw is placed into the closed volume and treated with live steam under pressure 5 atm for 2.5 h, not less. Volume is sealed and product is kept for 4 h (not less) up to the final temperature 100 C (not below). Broth is filtered, dried and the obtained powder is diluted in deionized water at ratio powder : water = 1:10 (not less) followed by addition of pancreas extract and preserving agent. Hydrolysis is carried out at 37-39 C for 48 h (not less) followed by the repeated heat treatment of preparation and its filtration. Then product can be dried. Method can be used for preparing nutrient media used in veterinary science. EFFECT: improved method of preparing. 7 cl
