FIELD: medicine, oncology. SUBSTANCE: method involves administration of polycyanacrylate biodegradable microspheres with immobilized cytostatic in tumors. Microspheres were covered with capsule made of thin-layer iron coating, in liquid oily medium with antioxidants that provides an additional prolonged effect of medicinal substance, its endolymphatic transport and enhanced sensitivity of tumor cells to preparation.
