FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: product: N-imidazolyl-derivatives of the substituted indole of the formula (I) where: p = 1, 2; A - direct C 1 -C 4 -alkylene chain; B - simple bond or direct saturated C 2 -C 4 -hydrocarbon chain; Q - direct or branched saturated C 1 -C 4 -hydrocarbon chain; R 1 and R 2 - H or halogen; R 3 and R 5 - H or C 1 -C 4 -alkyl; R 4 means OR 6 or N(R 6 R 7 ); R 6 and R 7 - H or C 1 -C 4 -alkyl; Reagent 1: compounds of the formula: . Reagent 2: compound of the formula: . Pharmaceutical composition has compound (I) at effective amount and suitable carrier and/or vehicle. Synthesized compounds were used in medicine since they inhibit TxA 2/ -synthase and show activity of antagonist of PGH 2 /TxA 2 -receptors.
