FIELD: illumination-engineering films. SUBSTANCE: claimed composition comprises (wt parts): 100 polivinyl chloride; 3.2-6.0 titanium dioxide; 0.05-0.90 mixture thereof with 0.2-0.9 barium sulfate and 1.5-6.0 complex stabilizer. The latter comprises (%): 82 Ba-Cd-Zn salt and C 17 -C 20 -"CЖК"acid fraction and stearic acid at molar ratio of 1:1; 5,5 glycerol; 5,5-xylytane; 5,5- alkylphenoxypropenoxide and 1,5-diphenylolpropane.
