titleOfInvention | Method for production of fibrinous film |
abstract | FIELD: medicine, particular, biotechnology and relating to methods for production of new preparations from human and animal blood. SUBSTANCE: method for production of fibrinous film consists in the use of fibrin of human blood or animal blood (pig, hoarse) clots. Solvent is used in form of 4%-solution of sodium carbonate in which, in separating funnel, lower part, fibrin threads are formed. These threads are dried on horizontal surface to produce film 1-1.5 mm thick and treated with 100% glycerin. Novelty consists in that fibrinous film (homo and heterogeneous for man) is produced from fibrin formed in blood clot naturally. EFFECT: simpler technology of production of fibrinous film as therapeutic preparation. |
