Anthelmintic preparation and method of its synthesis |
abstract |
FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: product: composition consisting of, wt. -%: 5,2-dichloro-4'-nitrosalicylamide 30-60, and dextrin 40-70. Synthesis is carried out by condensation of 5-chlorosalicylic acid and 2-chloro-4-nitroaniline at heating in chlorobenzene in the presence of phosphorus oxychloride as condensing agent followed by purification with organic solvent, drying and dispersion of synthesized product together with dextrin in inert gas nitrogen flow under pressure 0.02-5.4 kgf/cm 2 at 5.5-52 C up to specific surface value 410-1030 m 2 /kg. Proposed preparation is used in veterinary as anthelmintic agent. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of preparation. 3 cl |
