abstract FIELD: rubber industry, tire making. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing butylrubber-base rubber mixture with conventional additions. Mixture has altax as vulcanization accelerating agent and, additionally, - product of interaction of 0.5-1.1 mole urea and 1.0 mole hexamethylenetetramine in the presence of 5.3% acid salts or peroxide compounds (not above). Doses, mas. p.: altax 0.25 and product 0.25 per 100 mas. p. rubber. Mixture is vulcanized at 175 C. Rubber properties: conditional stress at 300% elongation - 4.9-5.1 MPa; conditional strength at stretching - 12.7-13.2 MPa; relative elongation - 620-640%, and tearing resistance - 41 kH/m. EFFECT: enhanced quality of rubber mixture. 1 tbl
