abstract | FIELD: glueing materials. SUBSTANCE: glueing composition has, mas. p.: dienevinylaromatic thermoelastoplastic (softening point is 60-120 C) 100; adhesion resin 20-100; copolymer of isoprene or butadiene and styrene of linear structure AB-AB-A-BA, AB-AB-X-BABA or star-shaped structure (AB-AB) n Y where A - polystyrene block; B - block of polyisoprene, polybutadiene or copolymer of butadiene with styrene; X - coupling agent residue; Y - residue of 3- or 4-functional coupling agent containing 40-80 wt.-% bound styrene, 5-20 wt. -% molecules of structure A-B or AB-AB at total molecular mass 30000-60000 at softening point 20-60 C 40-140. Glue can contain 10-20 mas. p. polystyrene. Glue properties: viscosity is 60-80 s, resistance against separating into layers after 1 min. is 3.6 kgf/cm, after 24 hr - 4.2 kgf/cm, after 24 hr at 45 C - 3.6 kgf/cm.
