titleOfInvention Strain of micromycetes aspergillus carbonarius (bainer)jhom - a producer of melanin
abstract FIELD: microbiological industry. SUBSTANCE: strain of micromycetes Aspergillus carbonarius (Bainer)Jhom is isolated from moth wax imago. Strain is deposited in Collection SRI biology at Irkutsk University at N 4x, deposited in VKPM at N B-721. During cultivation on nutrient medium containing carbon and nitrogen sources and mineral salts strain produces extracellular and intercellular MELANIN at concentrations 0.76 and 1.11 g/l medium at conidia titer 68 billion/g. Produced MELANIN is biostimulating growth agent. EFFECT: new strain indicated above, increased yield of product. 2 tbl
