| abstract | The utility model relates to a container for bottles. A box with an internal partition for bottles is a four-valve box made of corrugated cardboard, formed from a sheet blank by bending along the fold lines of the upper flaps of the side walls towards each other to form the top of the box, and the lower valves of the side walls towards each other - to form a bottom with a partition in the bottom area for receiving cells for storing bottles in them. The bottom flaps are each made up of an edge portion that can be folded over with respect to the side wall portion and which are used to form the bottom of the box. When forming the septum, the edge portions of the bottom flaps are bent away from the portions of the flaps that form the bottom inside the box and are located perpendicular to the bottom surface with mutual intersection through the incisions to form cells between the walls of the edge portions of the bottom flaps. All the bottom flaps forming the bottom are made of the same height, the edge parts of these flaps are made of the same height in the direction from the line of their inflection from the parts connected with the side walls. From the side of the edges on the edge parts of the lower flaps of the two opposite side walls, cuts are made with a length less than the height of these parts. One bottom flap of one of the other two opposite side walls is made with two spaced apart slots extending from the inflection line of this bottom flap from its side wall towards the edge of the edge part and made with a length less than the height of this bottom flap. The edge part of the lower flap of the other of the other two opposite side walls is connected through an inflection line located perpendicular to the inflection line of this edge part from the part associated with the side wall with the edge part of one of the lower flaps of the first of the mentioned lower flaps, while this the edge part is made with the possibility of folding to form a U-shaped profile in the folded position, which is located with the shelf resting against the wall of the edge part having two slots, in the area between these slots and the walls extending from the shelf into the side wall. The technical result consists in increasing the load capacity of the bottom of the box, made in one piece with the partition. 2 ill. |
