titleOfInvention | Insulating varnish |
abstract | FIELD: insulation of electric conductors affording high temperature of insulation impact-puncture (not lower than 360 C) with temperature index of not lower than 180 deg. SUBSTANCE: insulating varnish has 27-40 mass parts of oligoesterisocyanuratemid based on ethylene glycol, isocyanurate tris (2-hydroxylethyl), terephthalate acid, trimellite anhydride, and 4,4′-diaminodiphenylmethane in molar proportion of (3.2-4.5):1.4-2.0):1: (2.0-3.0): (1.0-1.5) with acid number of 1-5 mg of KOH/g and 8.5-10.0% of hydroxyl groups; 59.20-72.46 mass parts of aromatic solvent; 0.54-0.80 mass parts of acrylic ester of orthotitanic acid. Used as aromatic solvent is mixture of tricresol (or dicresol) and solvent in mass proportion of (3-4): 1. EFFECT: higher temperature of insulation impact puncture. 2 cl, 3 tbl |
