abstract FIELD: veterinary gynecology. SUBSTANCE: method for prophylaxis and treatment of endometritis in cows by VAZORAMETER is based on introduction into organism of anymal of drug consisting of camphor, ascorbic acid, glucose and ethyl alcohol, physiologic salt solution in the following amounts, mas.%: 0.87-1.0; 0.5-0.75; 13.7-15.0, respectively and the balance physiologic salt solution. The drug is injected intravenous in dose of 0.85-1.0 ml/kg of cow mass, or aortal injection is performed with dose reduced by half in treatment of puerperal endometritis and chronic endometritis two-fold with interval of 48 h, and once for prophylaxis of puerperal endometritis and treatment of sunclinical endometritis. EFFECT: localized effect and reduced multiplicity of introduction of drug, antimicrobial effect, stimulation effect on central nervous system, cardiac and respiratory functions of organism; accelerated and increased antiseptic, antitoxic, antiinflammatory and analgetic effects, accelerated regeneration of tissues of uterus, stimulated tonus and contraction of plain muscles and improved metabolism in organ tissues. 4 tbl
