abstract | FIELD: wood working, building industries. SUBSTANCE: composition has, wt. -%: water-soluble ureaformaldehyde or ureamelaminoformaldehyde resin 19-40; ammonium polyphosphate 25-29; pentaerythritol or by-side product of its production - penthrol based on polyalcohols 12-17; kaolin 5.5-6.5; p-tert. -butylphenolformaldehyde resin 5-7; melamine 1.5-2.8; cyanuric acid 1.6-3.5; ammeline 0.3-0.7; ammelide 0.2-1.1, and water - up to 100. For metallic surface coating composition has additionally 1.8-2.5 wt.-% fiber glass. Composition properties: coating thickness on metallic surface is 2.6-2.8 mm, on wood surface - 0.5 mm; break-ff adhesion to metal after 12 months - 5.4-6.4 kgf/cm 2 , to wood - 1-2 points; sample mass loss at coating thickness 0.5 mm on wood surface at combustion is 3.45-3.95 wt.-%; fire-proofing of steel structures with a single priming coating is 45.5-49 min; water absorption of coating at thickness 2.6-2.8 mm on metal at air relative moisture 60-75% is 1.7-2.2%. Exploitation period of coating - 10 years without exfoliation. Composition consumption for wood structure coating is 0.485-0.515 kg/m 2 ,, that for metallic structure is 3.5 kg/m 2 ;.
