titleOfInvention Method for extraction of vanillin
abstract FIELD: organic synthesis. SUBSTANCE: vanilin is isolated of reaction mass by extraction with polar extragents. Extraction is carried out at pH 6.0-8.0. Degree of isolation of desired vanillin is 84-94 %, selectivity of its extraction is 30-44 %. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method, simplifies further purification of vanillin.
