titleOfInvention Method of yeast biomass autolysis
abstract FIELD: microbilogy, medicine, food industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves autolysis of yeast biomass at continuous regime in apparatus equipped of 3-6 equal sections. Process is carried out at constant stirring, at 52-58 C, at rate dilution 0.08-0.33 h -1 for 2-12 hr. Unsaturated fatty acids (oleic, linoleic, linolenic ones) were used at amount (0.5-1.0) x 10 -3 wt.-% as inducing agents which were fed to the 1-st section continuously or periodically at intervals 25-50% of yeast suspension retention time in apparatus at medium pH = 6.0-7.2. To the second section MgCl 2 and CaCl 2 were fed at amount 3.2-4.5. In other sections concentration of NaCl is maintained at the range 0.1-0.3%. To the other sections (except for the last) only NaCl is fed at amount 0.1-0.3%. Autolyzed suspension is subjected for plasmolysis at 90-100 C for 45-60 min and if necessary dried by any known method. In the case of microbial infection suspension from infected section is recovered to the 1-st section of apparatus. EFFECT: improved method of autolysis. 1 dwg, 8 tbl, 5 cl
