FIELD: technology of textile material manufacture. SUBSTANCE: composition has, mas. p.: polyvinylene fluoride or its copolymer containing 10-40 mole% tetrafluoroethylene 9-1; polyfluorinated acids of the formula C n H( 2n+1-x )F x COOH or CF 3 (CF 2 CF 2 O) m CF 2 COOH, where n = 5-12; m = 2-5; 2n-2 is equal or less x and x is equal or less 2n + 1, or polyfluorinated alcohols of the formula C n H( 2n+1-x )F x OH where n = 4-9; acetone 59-80; lower aliphatic alcohol 9.9-20.0, and water 1-10. Caprone fabric properties after impregnation, squeezing and drying: porosity is 80-83%, water permeability is 1-2 ati; vapor permeability is 7-8 mg/cm 2 x h, air permeability is 0.6 ml/min/cm 2 ..
