SUBSTANCE: cross-linking agent containing a mixture of C 4 -C 11 -trialkylborates and lithium tert.-butylate has additionally hydrophilic compound from classes: carbonates, oxides or alkoxides of alkaline-earth metals and elements of IIIA-group, or kaolines, or water-soluble polymers at the following ratio of components, wt.-%: hydrophilic compound 5-11; lithium tert.-butylate 19-18, and mixture of C 4 -C 11 -trialkylborates 76-71. Composition is used for prevention or decrease of petroleum loss at transport, storage and for ecology improvement. EFFECT: enhanced quality of composition.
