abstract | FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing plastic reconstruction of anterior cruciate and tibial collateral ligaments and transposing tendines of superficial "anserine foot" by means of single graft from Bertini's tract retaining anatomical region of attachment on the tibia. The graft is brought so that it reproduces the movement of the anterior cruciate ligament in sagittal plane and then it is moved through external intramuscular partition and exterior condyle of the femur into the opening in the dorsolateral region of the capsule and canal in the tibial epiphysis. The rest of the graft projecting from the bony canal on the median surface of the tibial epiphysis is brought under the tendines of superficial "anserine foot" by moving them forward and attaching to median epicondyle of the femur applying one of the known methods. EFFECT: improved functional results. |
