titleOfInvention Method of preparing antibodies for mite encephalitis virus diagnostic preparation production
abstract FIELD: biotechnology, immunology. SUBSTANCE: method involves immunization of rat (strain Wistar) with homologous antigen of mite encephalitis virus - rat brain suspension at virus activity 9.5 lg LD 50/ml, not less, by conventional schemes. The latter consists of 3-5 injections at obligatory interval for 1.5-2 months between the first and the second one that can be shortened to 2-3 weeks between the following antigen administration. Ascitic fluid accumulation is induced by rat ovary tumor cells inoculation. Immunoglobulin is isolated with polyethylene glycol. EFFECT: improved method of antibody preparing.
