abstract | FIELD: analytic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: sample to be analyzed is dissolved in water till concentration of mephen amine acid is not more 0.1 % and then it is treated within 5 min with the help of 65 % nitric acid solution. Volume ratio of said sample and reagent is 0.05-0.8:1.0. Into thus obtained solution sodium hydroxide solution is added to alkaline reaction, then dyed solution is analyzed with the help of photometry.
