SUBSTANCE: composition has the following components per 1000 dal ready product: linden flower 0.1-0.3 kg; clove (unopened flower buds) 0.1-0.3 kg; cardamom 0.02-0.07 kg; cinnamon 0.3-0.8 kg; apple alcoholized juice 1450-1550 l; cherry alcoholized juice 450-550 l; black currant fruit juice 250-350 l; bilberry fruit juice 50-150 l; 65.8% sugar syrup 950-1050 l, and an aqueous-spirituous liquid - the rest. EFFECT: enhanced quality of composition. |
