titleOfInvention Method of preparing biologically active sum of triterpene acids
abstract FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: method involves the extraction of fir bark with hydrocarbon solvent and ethyl acetate successively or their mixture at the ratio 1:(0.8-1.2), treatment of extract with alkaline agent aqueous solution, acidification of solution to pH=2.0 and extraction of the end product with ethyl acetate. Obtained sum of triterpene acids shows stimulating activity on the cucumber and tomato growth due to replacement of galipot for fir bark. Also, the use of diethyl ether is excluded. EFFECT: simplified process. 1 tbl
