abstract FIELD: medicine, chemical-pharmaceutical industry. SUBSTANCE: 3-(4-dimethylaminocinnamoyl)-coumarin, 3-(4-methoxycinnamoyl)-coumarin and 3-(3,4-dimethoxycinnamoyl)-coumarin were synthesized first, they show antiallergic activity and hemostatic effect that exceeds that of sodium cromoglycate and vicasol, respectively. Synthesized compounds are derivatives of 3-cinnamoylcoumarin. EFFECT: increased activity.
