titleOfInvention Method to clear eumeries sporozoites suspensions from impurities
abstract FIELD: different size and form particles differential separation, protozoology, parasitic simplest eumeries clearance from oocysts. SUBSTANCE: sporozoites clearance from is exercised by free filtration of suspension through layer of collagenic micro carriers ( layer height is 1.5 - 2 cm). Double filtration preserves 89 % of initial amount of sporozoites with 95 % degree of clearance. To clear sporozoited micro carries with diameter of 150 - 200 mcm, sized on sieve with corresponding diameter of cells. Micro carries are produced from untanned collagenic wastes of tannery. Method allows to achieve high degree clearance and to preserve initial amount of sporozoites of eumeries and to decrease cost of clearance process due to usage of cheap collagenic micro carriers. EFFECT: high degree of clearance, preservation of initial amount of sporozoites eumeries, decreased cost of process. 3 cl
