titleOfInvention Disproportional colophony production method
abstract FIELD: disproportional pine colophony production. SUBSTANCE: disproportional process is carried out by stepped passing of colophony melt through catalytic system, that has alumosilicate catalyst with specific active surface of 50 - 70 1) m 2 /g hardened by 1 - 5 % alumo-bearing addition, by calcining under temperature of 400 - 450 C of dewatered bentonite type clay promoted with silicon dioxides and having special active surface of 120 - 300 2) m 2 /g in amount of 1 - 5 mass % per clay, and palladized coal in ratio of 3 : 1. Method allows to produce colophony wit residual share of abietic acid of 1 mass %, that does not require additional vacuum distillation, prevents toxic action of catalyst. EFFECT: method allows to produce colophony with low residual share of abietic acid, that does not require distillation, and prevents catalyst toxic action. 7 tbl
