FIELD: non-ferrous metallurgy, namely processes of controlling autoclave technique of procession of pirrotine concentrates. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of treating an initial pulp by a solution of non-saturated sulfur compounds, depositing non-ferrous metals by setting reagents in presence of elemental sulfur with subsequent separation by a floation way of sulfur-sulfide concentrate by a change of a flowrate of non-saturated sulfur compounds; measuring temperature value of the pulp along a deposition front, oxidation-reduction potential of the acidified pulp and of the pulp, had been treated by non-saturated sulfur compounds; detecting a difference between a current value of the oxidation-reduction potential and predetermined value of that potential of the pulp, had been treated by non-saturated sulfur compounds; upon a positive value of the above mentioned difference increasing and upon a negative value of that difference decreasing the flowrate of non-saturated sulfur compounds proportionally with that difference value' determining the predetermined value of the oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) according to a formula: ORPprd = ORPacid - Kprop where ORP-a predetermined value of an oxidation reduction potential of the pulp, had been treated by non-saturated sulfur compounds, mV; ORP acid - oxidation-reduction potential of the pulp, acidified after the autoclave leaching, mV; t - a maximum temperature value along the deposition front, C; a temperature value of a melting point of monoclinic sulfur modification, C; K prop - a factor of proportionality, mV. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of controlling process parameters. 1 cl, 1 dwg |
