abstract FIELD: heat engineering. SUBSTANCE: water and compounds dissolved are heated with infrared radiation up to temperature providing precipitation of all the compounds. Then deposit is filtered immediately to be removed. For the purpose of power consumption after filtering and before entering boiler the treated water is supplied to heat exchanging device to provide preliminary heating of initial water before following treatment with heat radiation and filtering. For the purpose of ensuring the predetermined final temperature of the treated water controlled cooling in heat exchanger is carried out.
