titleOfInvention Leucoacid method of cellulose-containing textile material staining
abstract FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: method is carried out by impregnation with staining composition prepared on the basis of vat dye at increased temperature followed by squeezing out, impregnation with alkaline-reductive composition containing sodium hydroxide, reducing agent, sodium chloride and water followed by further squeezing out, oxidation and washing out. Reducing agent: preparation "Rontex" made on the basis of sodium hydroxymethylsulfinate aqueous-alkaline solution, hydroxyethylidenediphosphonic acid, sodium silicate or preparation made on the basis of sodium hydroxymethylsulfinate, oxy- or hydroxyethylidenediphosphonic acid, sodium carbonate and carboxymethylcellulose, or their mixture at concentration 3-10 g/l. Impregnation is carried out at 60-90 C. EFFECT: decreased loss of reducing agent, use of different vat dyes, increased quality of staining. 2 tbl
